I am...

I AM... two of the most powerful words;
for what you put after them shapes the reality of who you are! 

It is no secret that power and truth are synonymous,
since one cannot exist without the other.
Claiming your inner power will allow you to live an authentic life,
which is bestowed in the truth of your entire being.
If you don’t proclaim, honor, speak, and believe in your power...
it could be distorted and ultimately demolished by outside influences. 

To reclaim your POWER, I invite you to proclaim this: 

I am a Divine Human.
I am a perfectly created Being you see...
I am more than the pain. 
I am more than the shame. 
I am strong.
I am beautiful. 
I am fearless. 
I am captivating.
I am empowering.
I am a conqueror. 
I am an adventurer. 
I am a leader. 
I am a healer. 
I am a light-worker.
I am a spiritual seeker.
I am the epitome of freedom. 
I am the ultimate creator of my human experience. 

My soul is driven by divine purpose. 
There is so much more depth to me than the eye can see. 
I am a FORCE to be reckoned with. 
I am a phenomenal human, that's me.

Eye SIGHT  is overrated 
What you see can be deceiving 
What you hear is far more reliable, but listen.
What you feel is TRUER than the words people curate
to get you to SEE what they want you to see.

Eye sight is overrated 
Tell me what you feel not what you SEE
What you see is what you get…
that’s a pretty little lie,
wrapped up and disguised as vulnerability;
we've been believing it for far too long.

Ah but take heed: Watch your SIGHT it can be an OVERSIGHT
Eyesight is overrated 
LISTEN | FEEL  instead.
Truth is always present.
Shhhhh Listen….

Freedom Manifesto

Returning back to my childlike essence. Where the outdoors was my playing field and my only reference to heaven on earth. Where every activity was a new adventure and a new opportunity to explore. Where there was no prejudice, hate, unforgiveness, or fear. 

Where my imagination catapulted me through the glass ceilings that society created for me. Where limitations didn’t exist. Where my 1200 sq. ft home was my sacred space and the only thing that mattered was the unconditional love that permeated the place. Where faith, trust, persistence, perseverance, togetherness, and LOVE was my solid foundation. 

Where being present and in the moment was my place of bliss. Where I found peace in solitude. Where being happy and joyful was my full time job. Where laughter was my medicine. Where every encounter I had was genuine and authentic. Where love, compassion, and grace was the thread that mended our relationships. 

Our childlike essence holds the key to our abundant life. Not the searching for external factors that leave us feeling empty inside. Find joy in breathing life into your inner child...becoming free, creative, and inspired. For there you will find the epic life you’ve been chasing after.

Freedom is my religion

My religion is to live and die without regret.
Fearlessly pursuing the purpose filled life
that lights up every aspect of my being.
Allowing my life experiences and failures to be my greatest teachers.
Gracefully dismissing people’s opinions and judgement

Removing toxic thought patterns and naysayers from my life.

Love isn't conditional...

Love is an unconditional
