The Giving Tree Cafe

July 2, 2020

The food we eat, the words we speak, the thoughts we think, and the environments we place ourselves in; establish the foundation for our overall health & wellbeing. Super Soul Food, not only floods our body with essential nutrients; it directly syncs the communication between our gut and brain. It sets the tone for the beautiful relationship we have with our living vessel. It’s the tool that sustains our connection with the Universe and ultimate Creator.

The Giving Tree Cafe is one of the newest additions to the “Heaven on 7th St.” selection of plant based eateries. A representation of compassion and love for humanity and planet Earth. David Warr, who is also the Founder of my favorite Sedona sanctuary, ChocolaTree; has captured the essence of creating food for the mind, body, and spiritual being. The environment, kind staff, and intoxicating aroma keeps your body craving inner peace, harmony, balance, and so much more.

Make sure to stop by this beautiful and serene establishment, while living or traveling through The Valley. You will not be disappointed by the organically & uniquely designed food that comes directly from our most Sacred Mother Earth. Be sure to indulge in the fresh pressed juices, Buddha Bowl, and Savory Lentil Pancake Platter, among other delicious vegan eats. And treat yourself to a ‘‘sustainably’ sourced gift as you leave their doors.

The Coronado Phx

June 24, 2020

The Coronado Phx is one of those spots that makes you feel like you’ve just arrived to your hip friends, dope home and plant based kitchen. I’m a die hard vegan that appreciates color, nutrient dense, substance food; infused with so much flavor and love. This menu never ceases to exceed my expectations!

The ambiance is chill and retro’d, inside and out. The plant life, artistic flare, beats, and multi-cultural people make this place such a pleasant place to be. I definitely recommend the cauliflower tacos, beet burger, and any of the salads. This is place is one of the best vintage and hidden gems in The Valley..

Offer:
Full menu of vegetarian & vegan dishes
Full bar with locally-sourced lattes, beer, wine & cocktails
Plant Based Sweet Treats
New brunch specials every weekend, 10am–2pm
