The Power of Living in the Present Moment with Bonnie Moehle

April 5, 2021

We begin this new month of April with the intention of practicing stillness and presence. In this conversation, Bonnie guides us through various methods that will allow us to live in the power of the present moment. We can begin by implementing just a few of the practical steps below on a daily basis…

1. Take a few deep conscious breaths, in and out.
2. Feel the powerful energy flowing in between your hands.
3. Feel your entire body and all the miracles it performs for you every second of the day.
4. Tune in and listen to the silence around you.
5. Accept everything as it is right here and now.
6. Observe the thoughts that flow through your mind as you basque in stillness.

Bonnie Moehle is a Self Realization Coach with over 20 years of experience in personal, relationship, and executive development coaching arenas. Daily practices that will allow you to become more focused on your Divine Inner Power

June 29, 2020

1. Eliminate processed food and begin nourishing your body with food that is high in phyto-nutrients. Eat Raw fruits and vegetables that are infused with the colors of the rainbow. Preferably in the form of superfood smoothies that are plant based and bio absorbable. Shop options here.

2. Move your body. Exercise even if it’s 1/2 an hour of brisk walking, yoga, basic stretching, hiking, or any other light movement that fits your lifestyle.

3. Drink lots of pure alkaline water.

4. Silence the mind with at least 5 mins of meditation daily.

5. Keep a gratitude and intentions journal.

6. Remember that energy flows where focus goes. Therefore, it’s Important to focus on the things that you want, versus the things you don’t want.

7. Cleanse yourself from negative self talk, toxic behaviors, and environments that are detrimental to your well being.

8. Work a job that aligns with your life purpose.

9. Focus on being present over perfect. If you’re cutting veggies, focus on cutting the veggies and nothing else.

10. Implement social media, television, and technology detoxes frequently.

11. Find joy in the simple things.

12. Face your emotions with a fearless intent to master them!

13. Follow your inner compass instead of following societies ideas of what you should be doing. You are the ultimate creator of your life experiences.

14. Love yourself more than the idea of other people loving you.

15. Travel and travel a lot.

16. Take deep cleansing breathes. This method alone resets your entire nervous system.

17. Be receptive to change and allow yourself to grow daily.

18. Date yourself daily.

19. Self evaluate. Self correct. Self master.

20. Become emotionally free. Release tension, resentment, hostility, stress, and anxiety by implementing the practices above.

Life is what you create it to be. Life is a full extension of you. Your peace and happiness is on the other side of your reflection. Stop pointing the finger...no one is responsible for your life, but you. You already have everything you need to embrace all the peace, happiness, vitality, and the abundance in and around you! All of what you need resides in the most authentic and deepest parts of you.

5 ways to experience more happiness and joy in your life

June 14, 2020
“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy. ― Rumi”

1. Write in an abundance/gratitude journal. Purchase a small notebook that you can keep with you at all times. Take a few minutes to write down 3-5 positive experiences, people, things, or situations that you’re grateful for everyday. Focusing on the abundance that you already have, attracts even more abundance into your life.

2. Say it loud. Expressing gratitude verbally is always a great way to make yourself and others feel loved, supported, and appreciated. Never cease to tell someone how much they mean to you!

3. Practice self love and self care. When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to take care of others. By nourishing ourselves, we are affirming that we are grateful for the temple that our creator has blessed us with. Self love, care, and preservation is your divine responsibility.

4. Always praise your creator and the higher self within you. Connect with your heart space, pray, meditate, and give thanks for the inner wisdom that you have been blessed with. Acknowledge and appreciate all the wisdom, knowledge, and intuitive abilities that are always available to you.

5. Send love and pay the gift forward. Sending love to the entire planet and creating space for more giving is a way of expressing gratitude for everything you have received.
