11 ways to uplift your energy

June 25, 2020

1. Stop complaining and start counting your blessings. A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles.

2. Release your limiting beliefs. You can achieve anything your mind believes. Shift your mindset to focus on everything you desire, instead of all the limitations you’ve created for yourself.

3. Take responsibility for your life experiences. If you’re blaming something or someone for your problems, you will never learn how to stop history from repeating itself. You are the only one that can learn from and change the trajectory of your Karmic lessons.

4. Make no room for negative self talk. Would you love your significant other, friend, or family member if they talked to you, the way that you talk to you? Self love starts with the way you talk to and feel about yourself.

5. Stop Dwelling on the past. Your past no longer exists. You are a new person everyday. Shedding fears, resentment, hate, sadness, sorrow, unforgiveness, jealously, limitations, and pain. You have the opportunity to recreate your life experiences everyday. Stop beating yourself up for the experiences that shaped you into the person that you are today.

6. Become more open and receptive to change. You are only living as fast as you’re growing. Change is what helps you evolve and transform as you’re living your human experience. Embrace it!

7. Release the need to impress others and stop playing the comparison game. Your life doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. Everyone’s DNA is wired differently and there’s a reason for that. Fully accept and embrace yourself as you are. Focus on the things that bring joy to your life and the opinions of others will become just that...opinions.

8. You don’t always have to be right. You perpetuate isolation and cut yourself off from what the world has to offer because you are convinced that there’s no other way to do things. A mind develops by entertaining alternative thoughts, ideas, and desires. Stay committed to your decisions and goals, but stay flexible in your approach.

9. Be part of something bigger than you. Lend a helping hand to others. Change your environment. Spend more time with people that support your dreams and offer resources that expand and make your life more fulfilling. Spend less time with negative and limiting influences.

10. Nourish your body with nutrient rich substance food, protect your energy and your peace, rid your body, mind, and spirit of toxicity, and cultivate love!

11. And last but not least, open up your heart and allow unconditional love to permeate your inner and outer space.
